When did I decide to be a photographer? I'm not exactly sure, it kind of just hit me when I volunteered to help a friend with a wedding in 2013. It all began when I wanted to capture all of my daughters moments for myself. And I didn't want to capture these precious moments with my phone's camera.
So, from there I purchased a "fancy" point and shoot camera, but I wasn't happy with the results. I returned it in less than 2 weeks of using it. That's when I decided to invest in an entry level DSLR camera and immediately felt it was the right track. It opened a new world and I found a hobby that challenged me and that I am good at.
I found that the photos I took were beautiful and felt full of life. Then, like many new photographers, I brought my camera to family and friend events and would just shoot for fun. I used it as practice and they also loved what they saw from me. That's when I knew I needed to share my talent with more people.
I'd love to tell you more about my path, and talk to you about capturing your moments too. Contact me, and let's make beautiful memories.
